Once we receive your opt-out request:

  • You will receive a confirmation message

  • You will no longer receive future SMS messages from us unless you opt in again

6. Do Not Call / Do Not Text Compliance

We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and will not send marketing texts to numbers on the Registry without proper consent. If you believe you received an unwanted text from us, contact our support immediately.

We may use third-party service providers (including Nextiva) to send and manage text messages on our behalf. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to perform their services for us and are bound to protect your information.

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or mobile network is completely secure.
