Logon to your BringVault and securely upload your documents from anywhere in the world.  You can even upload a legible cell phone picture!  We will receive an email notification that your documents have arrived and can begin your taxes right away. PLEASE be sure not to mark "Final" on the upload until all documents you anticipate receiving for your taxes are uploaded.

To kick it old school, you are welcome to drop off the necessary paperwork at our office. There is a mail slot in our door for drop-offs after hours.

1. Completed tax organizer
2. All original W-2s, 1099s, and 1098s
3. All K-1s from businesses and investments
4. Sale of residence/investment property (HUD settlement and other supporting documents)
5. Sale of stocks & bonds including: date of acquisition, cost basis, sale date, sales price.

Head over to our Contact Us page and request a tax organizer.  We will securely upload it to your BringVault and you can fill it out right then and there!

Ron takes appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with the first appointment at 9am and the last at 4pm. Olga is available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Generally, your return is securely uploaded to your BringVault within 3-4 days.  You will receive an email and/or phone call to alert you that it is ready for your perusal.

Payment for services rendered is due, in full, upon receipt. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Five to Seven years

The IRS can choose to grant an Installment Agreement to set up a payment plan for the balance due. Keep in mind that Interest and Penalties still apply.
